Albendazole ELISA Test Kit

The sulfonamides ELISA kit is based on competitive enzyme-linked reaction, and the microplate is coated with trapping antibodies against sulfonamides. Sulfonamides and standard sample or sample solution, HRP labeled sulfonamides and anti sulfonamide antibodies were added to the pores. Free sulfonamides and HRP labeled sulfonamides compete to bind sulfonamide antibodies, while the on board coated antibody is inhibited. Sulfonamides without binding to HRP were washed away in the wash board procedure. The color intensity of substrate is inversely proportional to the content of sulfonamides in the TMB hole.
